If you would like to order a handmade item this is how it works!
Stage One: Sending us an email- Include details of what you desire and the address of which this product will be shipped to. It is important to include as much detail as possible so we know exactly what you are looking for and so that we can provide you an accurate price quote.
Stage Two: Expect your email to be replied to in 1-2 days (emails are only replied to on weekdays). The email will include a summery of your request, your price quote (including postage), an estimated time line and further contact details (WhatsApp) to enable us to send in time updates and to allow the best communication during this process. Please once you recieve the WhatsApp we ask if you can immediately send us confirmation via the WhatsApp if you don't we cannot start your order.

Stage Three: Recivieing your item/s- All handmade products are packed with the outmost care. Depending on the product/s it will either be posted in a parcel bag or parcel box. Products are wrapped in protective layer e.g. bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipping.
Stage Four: Order recieved- We woud appreciate you contacting us through the WhatsApp provided to let us know your package arrived safely and intact. If an issue arises such as the product becomes damaged through shipping please please contact us immediately with proof so we can assist you in the best we can.
Payment: Please note if you are wishing to have an item handmade a deposit is require before your order can be started. Full payment must be made before the item/s can be shipped! Payment options will be discussed via email.
